After having made contact with chocolate master Gérard Courreau in Roquebrune sur Argens (France, Var)
who liked my Basilico liqueur, a new project was born : create a chocolate candy with the basil liqueur.
It is actually made with a blend of dark chocolate ganache and basil liqueur.
A little brother has also arrived with white chocolate (see on the picture).
